Description Here is jakoten (a kind of fish sausage) used no preservative, no chemical seasoning, and no extending agent. You can enjoy the original taste of fish. The fish used for our jakoten is the one landed in Ehime prefecture. All vegetables are domestic products. We use carefully selected seasonings for the jakoten such as rock salt, certified organic sugar, sake and sweet sake made from custom cultivation rice.

Others You can eat it just as it is, but when you warm over a fire a little by a toaster or a frying pan, and grated Japanese radish and ginger soy sauce are poured over it, it will be more delicious. Additionally you can enjoy yourself variously as a topping of noodles, as topping material of Japanese hotchpotch, and meat and potatoes stew.
